Description: 1 90-minute private tutoring session. We recommend most students do the Private Tutoring Package, which is spread over 2 consecutive ACT’s, because that gives the best results.
However, we do have some students who prefer to purchase their sessions a la carte because they only plan on doing 2 or 3 sessions. We offer this option for them.
Location: Usually in the student’s home, but we also do other locations (Starbucks, dad’s office, library, etc.) upon request.
Schedule: Flexible. Most students do roughly 1 session per week. So if a student wishes to do 3 sessions, they’d start 2 or 3 weeks ahead of time.
Materials: Students should bring a calculator, printed copies of any old scores, and pencils. The tutor will bring the rest of the student’s materials.
Homework: There is roughly 4-5 hours of homework assigned between each session. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your sessions.
