John Burford IV
Owner
John is a 2012 graduate of Princeton University. He is the former president of the Princeton Alumni Club of Central Florida and a former Princeton interviewer. In high school, John was a National Merit Scholar, a Presidential Scholar (1 of 150 students nationwide chosen to meet and be honored by President George W. Bush), and an AP Scholar with Distinction.
John scored a 1590 SAT and a 35 ACT. John’s students improve their ACT scores by 4 points on average and their SAT scores by 130 points on average. In 2023, John was voted Orlando’s Best Tutor. He is the author of 2 textbooks on the SAT and the ACT.
In his spare time, John enjoys reading, weight-lifting, and practicing his Catholic faith.
John is currently tutoring both in-person at the Orlando office and virtually.

Matthew Knight
Tutor
Matthew is a 2013 graduate of Louisiana State University, where he majored in biology and minored in business. Matthew scored a 32 ACT and a 1480 SAT. Matthew has taught hundreds of students and has raised their scores by 4 points on average. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys playing fantasy football, reading, and building computers.
Matthew is currently tutoring in the Baton Rouge metro area.

Robert Ramkissoon
Tutor
Robert is currently pursuing an accelerated degree at the University of Central Florida in electrical engineering. Robert scored a 1460 SAT (equivalent to a 33 ACT). Robert uses his strong math background combined with his engaging teaching style to help his students succeed. In his spare time, Robert enjoys playing video games, practicing calisthenics, and watching documentaries.
Robert is the math and science specialist for the Orlando office, tutoring math up through AP Calculus BC and physics up through AP Physics C.
